Thus, modern Science, Technology and Innovation Diplomacy is considered as a network of multiple agents (governmental and non-governmental, public and private). Its governance, therefore, implies an effort of coordination and integration of different stakeholders and strategies that work towards shared interests.

During the public session on September 7th,a panel of renowned speakers of international prestige in the field of Science Diplomacy will address and discuss the different national and regional strategies, and trends in an increasingly interconnected world.
