This Paper includes the recommendations for actions and policies to support e-Science in Spain.

This report provides a clear summary of the current situation of research on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) in agrifood and their health and environmental evaluation with the aim of being able to establish recommendations on their use by society. Through a rigorous consideration of this scientific framework, the Committee expressed its opinion with regard to the ethical aspects (section IV) and legal aspects (section V) that must inspire the regulation of the production, use and commercialisation of these products by public administrations.
