Recolecta

The RECOLECTA portal (Collector of open science) is a joint FECYT and University Library Network (REBIUN) initiative. It is a platform that groups together all national scientific repositories and it provides services both to repository managers and to researchers.

This repository drives forward, supports and coordinates the development of the digital repository network at a national level. These repositories promote open access, dissemination and preservation of the results of scientific research in Spain, as well as carrying out services and functions on the results of this research for researchers and the general public.

RECOLECTA furthermore promotes and facilitates the introduction of open access by Spanish R&D centres and researchers, the main producers of scientific knowledge in our country. It also provides greater visibility and national and international application to the results of the research carried out in Spain.
